Abstract (It): Il contributo analizza l’istituto del Project Financing alla luce delle recenti modifiche apportate dal DL n. 209 del 2024, che hanno parzialmente integrato quanto già disposto sul tema dal d.lgs. n. 36 del 2023. Si tratta di una visione di partenariato pubblico e privato con aspetti positivi ma anche alcuni problematici.

Abstract (En): This article analyzes the Project Financing initiative in light of the recent changes introduced by Legislative Decree no. 209 of 2024, which have partially integrated the provisions already established on the subject by Legislative Decree no. 36 of 2023. This vision of public-private partnership has positive aspects but also some problematic ones.
